Dr. Tony Kelly is a distinguished Principal Broker who brings over two decades of specialized expertise in real estate within the Portland Metropolitan area. His educational foundation is robust and eclectic, featuring a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA in Marketing, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the prestigious United States Air Force Academy.

As co-owner and co-founder of Keller Williams Realty Portland Premiere, Dr. Kelly has displayed an unparalleled ability to scale operations. Under his stewardship, the firm metamorphosed from a modest four-agent operation into an industry powerhouse boasting 250 agents and over $1 billion in annual transaction volume. The hallmark of his real estate acumen has been broadly acknowledged, as evidenced by his appearances in seven episodes of HGTV’s renowned “House Hunters” series.

His indefatigable commitment to customer service excellence has been consecutively recognized from 2011 to 2024, courtesy of the Portland Monthly Five Star Agent award. This exemplary track record culminated recently in his coronation as a Five Star Legend by the same publication. Dr. Kelly manifests his belief in industry stewardship and societal contribution through various leadership roles. He currently serves as President of the Portland Metropolitan Association of REALTORS (PMAR) and Past President of the Oregon board for the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). In addition, he is a state director and Vice Chairperson of the Government Affairs Key Committee for Oregon REALTORS, as well as the state representative of the National Association of REALTORS Housing Opportunity Committee. Dr. Kelly also holds a board position with the Oregon National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). His past philanthropic endeavors include serving as Vice Board Chair for Young Entrepreneurs Business Week (YEBW), a nonprofit dedicated to cultivating future business leaders.
